| BRENT MILLIKAN, CPA ,
founded Brent Millikan & Company, P.A. in 1975.
He earned a degree from Florida State University with
concentrated study in accounting and economics.
Under his direction as the firm’s Managing Principal,
Brent Millikan & Company, P.A. has grown to
become one of the largest Certified Public Accounting
firms in Volusia County. Mr. Millikan, in addition to being
a Certified Public Accountant, has earned the title of
Certified Management Accountant. He was the first
individual in Florida to receive the AICPA’s accredited
Personal Financial Specialist designation. Mr. Millikan has served on the Board of Directors of three local Volusia County banks, as well as being actively involved in a
number of civic and community organizations. Mr. Millikan attributes his firm's success to a high competence in
accounting principles, practical and pragmatic business sense and a sincere concern for the client and public.

| ALEX H. KISH, CPA ,joined Brent Millikan & Company, P.A. in 1976 and serves as the Director of Accounting and Auditing Services, and the Director of Marketing and Promotion Services for the firm. He earned an accounting degree from Florida State University. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kish is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and has obtained the AICPA’s accredited Financial Planning Specialist designation. Mr. Kish currently serves on the Board of Directors of a local SEC registered Volusia County bank, and serves as the Chairman of Its Audit Committee. He is a past President of the New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Oak Hill Chamber of Commerce and a past Chairman/ Commissioner of the Southeast Volusia Hospital District. He has also lectured nationwide on accounting, auditing and financial disclosure requirements for the Government Finance Officers’ Association.

| BRADLEY F. DOUGLAS, CPA, joined Brent Millikan & Company, P.A. in 1987 and serves as the Firm’s Director of Income Taxation. Mr. Douglas also serves as the Director of Continuing Professional Education for the Firm. He earned an accounting degree from the State University of New York. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Florida and New York, Mr. Douglas has obtained the AICPA’s accredited Personal Financial Specialist designation. He is a past member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Rotary Club of New Smyrna Beach. He has also been active in numerous other civic endeavors in our community.

| CAREY L. WRIGHT, CPA, joined Brent Millikan & Company, P.A. in 1988 and servers as the Firm’s Technical Director on Corporate Taxation and on numerous specialized Industry engagements. He has earned degrees in economics and accounting from Livingston University and the University of Alabama, respectively. As the firm’s Director of Corporate Taxation, Mr. Wright is responsible for the oversight and Administration of the Firm’s corporate tax compliance systems and procedures. He is also responsible for the development of procedures associated with the Firm’s numerous specialized industry engagements. He also serves as an active member in numerous civic and political endeavors in the Southwest Volusia County community.
